food runner / barback

Provide timely, accurate and friendly service while delivering food to customers as well as helping maintain cleanliness and assistance behind the bar.

bartender

Must be 21+. Provide timely, accurate and friendly service while preparing quality beverages for our guests and taking food orders. Prior experience not needed, but welcomed.

barista

Accurately and efficiently cook meats, fish, vegetables, soups and other hot food products as well as prepare and portion products prior to cooking. Also perform other duties in the areas of food and final plate preparation including plating and garnishing of cooked items. Must be able to communicate clearly with managers, kitchen and dining room personnel.

kitchen manager

Directly responsible for all kitchen functions including food purchasing, preparation and maintenance of quality standards; sanitation and cleanliness; training of employees in methods of cooking, preparation, plate presentation, portion and cost control and sanitation and cleanliness. Must have prior experience in varied kitchen position. Must be able to communicate clearly with managers, kitchen and dining room personnel and guests.

dishwasher

Wash and clean tableware, pots pans and cooking equipment. Keep dishroom and equipment clean and organized. No previous experience required.

line cook
